SHOP POLICIES

Please note that all enamel pins are handmade. Minor imperfections may occur and are considered normal.

• Standard Grade: Free of major defects, but may have minor imperfections.
• B/C Grade: May have multiple noticeable imperfections.

Pins that are deemed unfit for sale will not be listed or shipped.

Processing & Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and typically dispatched on Saturdays. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment.

International Shipping: Since we are based in the Philippines, international deliveries may take additional time depending on your country’s postal system and customs processing.

All pins are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in padded bubble mailers to help ensure safe delivery.

We ship via Landmark Global, and tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

To help keep shipping costs affordable for our US customers, we ship US orders using a bulk shipment method.

Here’s how it works:

• US orders are first shipped in bulk to our trusted partner in South Carolina
• Once received, they are dispatched individually via USPS to each customer

This method allows us to keep US shipping fees lower, as direct shipping from the Philippines to the US is currently unavailable and alternative couriers have increased fees.

Important Notes for US Buyers:

• The shipping fee shown for the United States is only applicable during periods when we are accepting US orders for bulk shipment.
• US orders may take longer than usual due to the additional processing step.
• Tracking will be provided (either for the bulk shipment, the USPS shipment, or both depending on availability).

US shipping is only opened during scheduled bulk shipment periods. Once a bulk shipment has been sent out, the US may be temporarily removed from our shipping destinations until the next scheduled shipment.

If the US is not available at checkout, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the next available schedule. US orders may also be reserved ahead of the next bulk shipment and invoiced once the shipment schedule is confirmed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes, if applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. We are also not responsible for missing packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We do not offer full or partial refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing or shipping address.

If we make changes to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing details provided at checkout.

We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You also agree to promptly update your information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete your transaction and contact you when necessary.
