SHOP POLICIES
SECTION 1: Grading System
Please note that our pins are all handmade and may have imperfections.
- Standard Grade: Free of major defects but may have minor imperfections.
- B/C Grade: Multiple noticeable imperfections.
Pins deemed unfit for sale will not be sold.
SECTION 2: Order Processing
Order Cutoff: Every Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
Processing & Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and typically shipped out on Wednesdays. Please allow 7-10 days for processing before your order is dispatched.
International Shipping: Due to our location in the Philippines, international shipping may take additional time.
SECTION 3: Shipping
All pins are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in padded bubble mailers to ensure safe delivery. We use Quantium Solutions or Asendia for shipping, and tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
SECTION 4: Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes, if applicable. We are not responsible for delays due to custom or missing packages.
SECTION 5: Cancellation/Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer full or partial refunds.
SECTION 6: Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

SECTION 7: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to pe placed by dealers, resellers or distributors
